The cookie:
3/4c. Soft Butter
1c. Sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
3c. Flour
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Salt
Mix the first 4 ingredients thoroughly
Add the last 4 ingredients.
Add more flour if needed
Refrigerate
Roll out and cut with cookie cutter
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 375 for 6-8 min
